SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRINGChuao - Morocho & Dark GrignottineThe wonderful complexity of this malt works well with the fudgey Morocho and its hint of Calavados, while the Grignottine brings out the "sherriness" of this dram. SUGGESTED CIGAR PAIRINGPartagas Spanish RosadoTwo master blenders come together in this match. The smooth wood and chocolate flavors of the Spanish Rosado highlight the vanilla, caramel and malt of the Highland Park, and both malt and cigar have a clean spice in the background. OR TRYCarlos Torano Exodus 1959 TorpedoThis full flavored cigar brings chocolate, spice and fruit flavors to the match. |
