The distillery is based at Lochranza on the beautiful island of Arran. This area has found to have the purest water supply in Scotland. One of the few remaining independent distilleries, Arran uses mostly unpeated malt and Optic barley to produce its signature fruited Island malts. |

Color: Straw Nose: Pears, sweet tropical fruit and faint floral perfume. Body: Medium Palate: A slight citrus note, followed by toffee, oak and nuts. Finish: Syrupy and spicy with a definite warming, then bitterness at finish. ABV: 46% Awards: 2006 IWSC Silver Medal, Malt Maniacs 2006 Bronze |
