Ardmore Traditional Cask |
Speyside |
Ardmore is the only Highland distillery that still routinely fully "peats" its standard malt. It also uses traditional methods to mature the whisky, hence the name. The Traditional Cask is double matured, first in oak barrels, then in smaller Quarter Casks, giving a unique smoothness to the whisky. |

SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRINGChuao - Morocho, Black & White, GrignottineA dream of a dram for pairing. Goes with many chocolates in our collections, our favorites being Morocho to bring out the fruitiness, Black & White accentuates the malty/peatiness and Grignottine provides an interesting textural difference.
