This consistent award winning chocolatier provides an exquisite, though limited, selection of chocolate bars.  Founders Art Pollard and Clark Goble clearly strive for excellence with their small batch creations.  Check out their Citrus Melange-a-Trois that will pair with so many of our fruity malts.  Their Cardamom and Black Pepper bar would be fun with the Glenmorangie Astar or Talisker.  We dare you to experiment with the Mango Chili bar and a peated malt.

Check out this Mexican chocolate fiesta of flavors.  Their Coffee & Vanilla Bar parties well with the Glenmorangie Signet, or any other drams from our Cocoa Java category.  Or you might just go straight to the Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans.  Their Mayan Tradition Bar with chocolate and chili makes for a beautiful match with the Aberlour a'bunadh.  Look for notes of stone fruits in your dram to try with their Cherries with Almonds and Black Peppercorn Bar.  Chocovivo also thoughtfully makes a version of each bar without added sugar.  You might also try their 15 Piece Chocolate Tasting Collection that has each flavor.

Zotter has been around like - "forever". They have many wonderful confections but are famous for the iconic "Hand-Scooped" chocolate bars (pictured here).  With over 60 flavor profiles to choose from, I am confident that you could find a Zotter bar to pair with any whisky in your library.  However, one of their must-try products is their own "Whisky" chocolate bar.
