Matured for a minimum of 10 years in ex-bourbon casks then finished for a few more in selected French Sauterne barriques. This is immediately evident in the nose yet not overwhelming on the palate. A wonderful departure from the ubiquitous sherry finish, it still has a citrusy zing but presents a more balanced and complex experience.
