Signatory Cask Strength Ben Nevis 1992 was matured for 16 years in a sherry butt, allowing distinctively Ben Nevis notes of roasted nuts and chocolate to mingle with white fruit and spice. The bottle is one of just 550 from a hand-selected cask. Signatory never chill-filters their whiskies, which allows them to maintain the full body and rich flavors that make single malts so special. As a result, this whisky may turn cloudy when stored in a cool place.
