A Highlander with some peat. Very restrained at first and the heather honey is dominant, but the peat shows through in the end. This single-malt whisky straddles the border between the grassy style of the lowland malts and the firm body of the Speysides. Dalwhinnie could be enjoyed as an aperitif or for as a restorative.

SUGGESTED CIGAR PAIRING
La Aurora 100 Anos
A stunning cigar for a classic malt. The La Aurora is visually a treat, puts out tons of aromatic smoke and is so complex and flavorful you will enjoy every puff. A floral twist to the cigar plays very well with the heather honey in the Dalwhinnie, making this a pleasant and relaxing combination. Click to purchase.
