Scapa decided not to peat its malt so as not to overpower its delicate flavors. Closer to a Speyside signature this dram has little of the usual phenolic character of its Island neighbors.

SUGGESTED CHOCOLATE PAIRING
A true Ying and Yang. Being somewhat partial to distinctly smoky flavors I personally found the Candela to be a wonderful pairing with this malt. If its the sweetness that you favor the Miel bon bon will do the trick. Click here to purchase.
SUGGESTED CIGAR PAIRING
This Island single malt has delicate floral, honey and malt flavors that harmonize with the Flor de Llaneza. Its light, long and dry finish is also similar. Just a great overall matchup you need to try. Click here to purchase.
