This cigar is blended to deliver full body taste, while maintaining an unparalleled smoothness. This flavorful blend exhibits complex tobacco with rich coffee and dark chocolate notes.  A subtle and well balanced spice is present throughout.

Pre-Smoke
This is another very attractive cigar with a dark tight wrapper. Minimal veining is present and the stick is firm and well packed.

A cold pull on the cigar shows off an excellent draw and exhibits an earthy, slightly sweet flavor.

Burn

Billows of smoke escape from the foot upon lighting, and the burn is slightly wavy. The firm ash is light gray to whitish.

The Flavor
The Oliva is very enjoyable throughout, rich and creamy. In the first third an edge of espresso adds to the full spice and wood (cedar?) flavor.

The cigar remains smooth and creamy in the second third, and is full of wood with a touch of leather and pepper.

In the end third, the Oliva is now full flavor - creamy wood with spice, coffee, chocolate and pepper. A very complex smoke that is enjoyable from start to finish.
